Naughty Pleasures recognizes that our customers generally prefer discreet service when it comes to ordering adult products.

 

To ensure privacy, all orders are shipped in plain packaging with no external markings that would identify the contents of the package.

In addition, the return label reads:
"NP"
"NPC" is the name we use to identify ourselves with Canada Post.
"Naughty Pleasures " does not appear anywhere on the package.

Return Policy
We have every expectation that you will find your new sex toy to be pleasurable and satisfying. Occasionally there are situations where a sex toy doesn't function correctly or is defective. If your new toy doesn't work properly you may return it to us.

If an item does not work properly
You may return your sex toy at any time if there are problems due to defects in materials or workmanship.

 

At your request, we will either replace the defective item with a new one at no charge or issue a store credit for the amount of the defective item minus tax and shipping.

Return Instructions:
If you would like to return a toy that you purchased from us please follow these instructions:

1. Please write to us at Naughty Pleasures Customer Returns.

 

Please include your name, address, date of purchase and order number in the body of the email, as well as a note telling us why you want to return your selection. We will reply with instructions on how to return the item.

2. Write the return code we send you on the outside of the package.
We cannot accept returns without the return code!

3. Send the package back to the address we supply in the email.

NOTE: We do not resell returned items. All returned items are either sent back to the manufacturer for refund or safely discarded.
